Staffs were accommodating. Location is perfect for traveller like me. Very close to tourist attractions like Night market and restaurants.

Good location

Bathroom very small, shower leaked every time it was used. Was not told there would be construction going on. Was woken up at 7am but banging then extremely loud drilling happened 9am onwards

Location is perfect. Right at the center of the Old Quarter and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and very good location! All the staff are very friendly and helpful. They can also book a shuttle for you from the airport to hotel vice versa

Great location. This was a functional place to stay for two nights at the end of our time in Vietnam. Staff are super friendly too.

The stairs up to the room was a little cramped, although I get the feeling most places in Hanoi have some level of 'squeeezed in' feel.

Got room with leaking air conditioner. Need to put towel under the air conditioner. We just proceed our stay in that room because we arrive already late at midnight and need to go to the airport early in the morning. Other than that, everything was okay.

The location was a big advantage, being in the Old Quarter, where you can easily step outside to find food or places to eat.

The hotel has numerous stairs, which can be difficult for seniors. My fiancé had a fall due to large gaps in some areas of the stairs. I’m also concerned that the hotel should have a first aid kit readily available, as the lobby’s stair-filled layout poses an accident risk. Instead of providing a full first aid kit, I had to request each item individually from the front desk.

1. The shower holder came out and the toilet floor was flooded. Told the reception that it should be repaired or I need a change of room. When I came back, I was informed that the toilet has been fixed and hence no change in room. However, was upset when I realised that the shower holder was not fixed at all and the toilet floor was still flooded.

Staff were nice and friendly, helped us with our night sleeper train booking. Room a little dated but clean.

The location was perfect. It was close to everything that I want to visit, so I only had to walk. The staff was very helpful. When the airline lost my baggage, they were kind enough to receive my baggage the night before my stay. The staff is very helpful in recommending where to eat and kind enough to arrange transportation when I wanted to visit Incensive Village. They also do housekeeping everyday so you get refills of everything daily. There is also hot and cold shower. The aircon can make the room cold fast and the bed is very comfortable.

The hotel is somewhat old but it functions well. We also stayed at the 4th floor but we had to go few steps down using the stairs to go to our room from the elevator which is hard when you have baggage but the staff are very helpful in carrying the baggage.

The location was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Room was only cleaned around 4pm daily. There were bags and bags of dirty laundry lying around at all times. The linen cupboard was just outside my room so sometimes I had to climb over piles of linen to get into my room.

Perfect location, very helpful staff and good wifi. We could do an early check-in without previous notice, the staff was always able to answer my questions and we stayed in the common area after the check out (waiting for our late night bus). They have a complimentary coffee/tea station in the lounge.

The hotel seems old, tv and fridge didn’t work and the bed wasn’t comfortable enough.

The location of hotel is spot on. All places are in walkable distance (train street, shopping street, lake). Staff were always very helpful & we booked Ha Long Bay cruise, day city tour & Ninh Binh day tour from them at really good deal. Jenny was always prompt in returning messages. Complete staff is very polite and helpful. They always suggested good places to try Vitenamese food. Rooms were clean.

Well managed hotel. Decent rooms with attached bathrooms. Accessible locations around, and great host.
